In general, salaries for American nurses range between $35,000 and $140,000 per year, or SEK 30,000 to 116,000 per month with a tax rate less than 30%. Your tax rate will be determined according to your salary package. We will discuss the specifics further with you once we have reviewed your application forms. Once you take living expenses into consideration your tax rate working within the U.S. is still considerably lower than that of a comparable position at a hospital in Scandinavia.
